You can connect to the other players via Hamachi in the same way as you connect to other PC via LAN. Hamachi uses LAN over Internet. So connecting to other PC is same as connecting to the PC in LAN when using the Direct IP.
How to Play:
The only difference between your normal LAN game and Hamachi game is that you need to use the IP address of the network which Hamachi application has configured. This IP address of the network would be in the form of 5.xxx.xxx.xxx etc.
Steps :
1. Download Hamachi

http://hamachi.en.softonic.com/ - install Hamachi.
2. Press the option menu in Hamachi - select "create new network" or "join existing network" - enter the network information (CASE SENSITIVE!)
3. Start FIFA10 - Select "Game Modes" - Select "Multiplayer" - Enter a profile name - Select "Direct IP".
4. Select "NEW" - enter your friends name (doesn't have to be the same as in Hamachi) - enter your friends IP as shown in Hamachi - press "ok".
5. Either you or your friend have to press "host" and the other one has to select your name (he has to add you too like in step 4!) and press "Connect".
6. Try to make sure you and your friend click host/connect with about 5 seconds in between, otherwise FIFA10 will say connection attempt failed.
7. Enjoy your online multiplayer session!
